Established in 2019, UCAP (United Caribbean Association of Philadelphia) took up the torch to continue the legacy and greatness of the Philadelphia Caribbean Carnival, which began over 30 years ago.

UCAP is dedicated to fostering, encouraging, and supporting Philadelphia’s growing Caribbean community. UCAP strives to ensure that the rich and vibrant culture of the Caribbean is seamlessly woven into the diverse fabric of Philadelphia’s society.
